Resilience Equity (REquity) is a catalytic fund and ecosystem platform, envisioned as a one- stop solution for systematically assessing climate risks, prioritizing high-impact resilience solutions, and mobilizing blended finance at scale. Designed as a future initiative for the next years, REquity aims to address critical financing gaps that limit the ability of vulnerable communities and local enterprises to invest in climate resilience.

The platform is intended to enable resilience entrepreneurs including social enterprises, community-based organizations, and MSMEs, to identify, design, and finance climate resilience projects that respond to locally identified risks while delivering measurable social and environmental outcomes. This initiative also aims to mobilize catalytic and blended capital to unlock larger pools of private and concessional finance, helping de-risk early-stage resilience solutions and crowd in long-term investment.

By integrating climate risk intelligence, support, and innovative financing mechanisms, REquity seeks to create a replicable model for resilience finance one that aligns climate impact with inclusive economic growth and strengthens the resilience of communities most exposed to climate and environmental shocks.
